WGG WORKSHOPS
FUSING, FABRICATING AND GRANULATING WITH
ARGENTIUM STERLING
Instructor: Ronda Coryell
June 21 & 22 (Sat & Sun) 10 am-4 pm
In this 2 day class, explore the technology and techniques required to work with Argentium Sterling Silver. Master goldsmith, Ronda Coryell, will provide expert instruction and close up demos. Projects will include earrings, a pendant, a ring, and a bead. While exploring the technical requirements, students will learn to fuse wires for chain making, fuse bezels, and fabricate without solder. Students may bring stones or gold (18kt or 22kt) to add them to the projects.

The cost for this workshop is $135 for WGG members and $165 for non-members. The workshop will be held at Montgomery College, Arts Building, Room 302, Metals Studio, Rockville, Maryland Campus off Manakee Street.
Ronda Coryell is the shop manager and an instructor for The Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, one of the world’s most well regarded learning institutions for beginning and expert jewelers. She holds a degree in Art Education and founded the Northwest Chapter of the Florida Society of Goldsmiths. Her work has won recognition in competition and
